LICENSED RACERS are in the minority at our events and you will be expected to use "gentlemen's rules" passing courtesy. Making tire-chopping race passes on our open lapping riders is not allowed, and gentleman's rules always take priority. That being said, if you are riding in L3 at our 3-group days, you had better be an advanced rider who is comfortable with close passes and not way over your head!
